Cons (& Pros) of CAD/CAM Dentistry?

Hi,

Considering CAD/CAM Dentistry with CEREC. Besides the higher price tag, what are the pros and cons of these types of restorations for crowns? Are they strong enough for back teeth? They indeed seem to be very natural looking.
