I don’t mean cosmetic dentistry. What I mean is there any way to make your smile look better through actual cosmetic surgery?

yup, probably.
no probably not. you can get your teeth whitened, straightened, put caps on, but thats all through dentistry. on cosmetics…botox for lips is all i can think of.
