Is it possible to recieve cosmetic dentistry on NHS?

I have two crowns on my front teeth after they were broken in an accident however there is a large gap in between them and they look crooked. I long for straight teeth with no gap, but can’t afford the price to go private. Its really affecting my confidence, I feel whenever I speak to someone they are looking at my teeth, I never smile and cover my mouth to laugh. Would it be possible for my regular dentist to fix this problem even though the teeth aren’t giving me any pain or dicomfort?

You can ask your dentist what your options are. I know how you may be feeling. I wore a removable flipper for a long time, until I got my front bridge work. It can be very debilitating on your self confidence. But, remember if you don’t let it bother you, other people may not even notice it!
    good luck :)
