Where can Americans go for good, cheap, safe, cosmetic dentistry?

I need dental work done, but cannot afford the prices here in the USA. Are there any reputable countries that do good work?

Most other countries do not steralize there equipment. And the words cheap and cosmetic dentistry scare me, just remember you get what you pay for. I know there are alot of areas that may have some type of clinic for the uninsured. Your best bet is to try to find something like that, or even a Dental College, sometimes they will do work at a reduced rate, for their schooling. Good Luck!!

Sorry, my dentist is no longer accepting new patients…

Your best bet is to consult your local dental school and see what they have to offer. If that is not an option, there is always “dental tourism”. Lots of people end up spending more to fix shoddy work done in other places when they get back. It is possible that after extensive dental work, you might need some tweaking every now and then. Will you be willing to fly out every time a veneer pops out or if you need a root canal?

If you decide to go… This here will cover some of the expense. It will also give you great cosmetic surgeons in the area.
