   Keep in mind you get what you pay for. There are no real regulatory agencies there. And many “dentist” only have aa HS equvalent education. I live in AZ near the border and I have had to redo countless amount of work that was incorrectly done. Many time things were made worse and it ended up costing the patient even more. You also wont have any legal recourse.

   Get it done in the most beautiful resort area you can and spend some time enjoying the area. Got any dentists in Tulum?
   That being said…
   There is always more to “extremely extensive cosmetic dentistry” that just getting it done.
   Voltron is correct. You get what you pay for and if you are looking for cheap then cheap is what you will get. I have seen and retreated dentistry form Mexico. Some is OK but much is substandard. At least in the states you have recourse if you are not satisfied and are looking for recourse.

   Ok… I lived in Mexico and I know for a fact that they have a bunch of good dentists and other bunch of cra*y bast*rds.
   If you want a really good one you should go to Mexico City, Puebla, Monterrey, or Guadalajara, which are the biggest cities. Then you have to go to the fanciest hospitals if you want the best of the best. In those places they are as good as in the USA. I can’t tell you a specific place but I’m sure this will help you.
   Also, an appointment costs about 300 pesos which is about 30 dollars.
